terms and conditions

1. Booking & Advance

• A 30% advance payment is mandatory to confirm the booking.

• The advance amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Dates will not be blocked without advance payment.
  
  

2. Travel, Food & Accommodation

• All travel, food, and accommodation expenses for the team must be borne by the client.

• If the event location is outside the local operating area, additional travel and stay charges will apply based on distance and duration.

3. Working Hours & Session Duration

• Each session (event/shoot) is considered 4–6 hours.

• Any session exceeding this limit will be charged as two separate sessions.

• Studio working hours are 10 AM – 8 PM. Messages outside these hours will be responded to during working hours.

4. Extra Hours

• Any service exceeding the agreed duration will attract additional per-hour charges.

5. Payment Milestones

• A minimum of 80% payment must be completed by the end of the event.

• The remaining balance must be fully cleared before the album is sent for printing.

6. Album Process

6.1 Album Previews

• Two previews will be provided:
  1) Client Preview, 2) Print Preview

• Unwanted or repeated corrections in either preview will attract separate design charges.

6.2 Album Printing

• Printing takes a minimum of 4 working days after final approval.

• Delays in client approval will delay delivery; the studio is not responsible.

7. Project Completion Timeline

• The full project (editing + video + album design) requires 10–24 working days, depending on workload and complexity.

8. Data Storage & Backup

• All RAW and edited files will be stored for 90 days only from the event date.

• After 90 days, files may be permanently deleted.

• Long-term storage is available with annual storage charges.

9. Social Media Usage

• Padhumam Studio may use selected images/videos for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event.

10. Event Delays & Timeline Changes

• Delayed event schedules leading to extended shooting time will incur extra charges.

• If the event flow is not followed, resulting in missed moments, the studio is not responsible.

11. Outdoor & Pre-wedding Shoots

• Outdoor shoots are subject to weather conditions and location permissions.

• Unsafe or unsuitable conditions may require rescheduling.

12. Drone Usage

• Drone operations depend on weather, venue rules, police restrictions, and pilot safety.

• If drone flying is cancelled due to any restriction, no refund or discount will be provided.

13. Guest Interference

• Guest interference, crowd blocking, or continuous disturbances that affect shooting quality are not the studio’s responsibility.

• The client must ensure a reasonable working space for the crew.

14. Creative Style & Editing Rights

• The studio’s creative style, color grading, and editing standards are final.

• Requests for special filters, drastic tone changes, or advanced manipulation will incur additional charges.

15. Add-on Services

• Requests such as Instagram reels, highlights, same-day edits, etc., are not included unless specified and will involve extra charges.

16. Album Page Limit

• Packages include a fixed number of pages.

• Additional pages will be charged on a per-page basis.

17. Delivered Items Safety

• Once albums/pen drives are delivered, any loss, damage, or mishandling is client responsibility.

• Reprints will require new charges.

18. Special Requirements

• Clients must inform the studio in advance about any special moments, rituals, or requests.

• Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope will be chargeable.

2. பயணம், உணவு மற்றும் தங்குமிடம் (Travel, Food & Accommodation)

• குழுவின் அனைத்துப் பயணம், உணவு மற்றும் தங்குமிடச் செலவுகளையும் வாடிக்கையாளர் ஏற்க வேண்டும்.

• நிகழ்ச்சி நடைபெறும் இடம் உள்ளூர் செயல்பாட்டுப் பகுதிக்கு வெளியே இருந்தால், தூரம் மற்றும் கால அளவைப் பொறுத்து கூடுதல் பயண மற்றும் தங்குமிடக் கட்டணங்கள் பொருந்தும்.

3. வேலை நேரம் மற்றும் அமர்வு கால அளவு (Working Hours & Session Duration)

• ஒவ்வொரு அமர்வும் (நிகழ்ச்சி/ஷூட்) 4 முதல் 6 மணி நேரம் என்று கணக்கிடப்படுகிறது.

• இந்த வரம்பை மீறும் எந்தவொரு அமர்வும் இரண்டு தனித்தனி அமர்வுகளாகக் கருதப்பட்டு கட்டணம் வசூலிக்கப்படும்.

• ஸ்டுடியோவின் வேலை நேரம் காலை 10 மணி முதல் இரவு 8 மணி வரை. இந்த நேரத்திற்கு வெளியே அனுப்பப்படும் செய்திகளுக்கு வேலை நேரத்தில் பதிலளிக்கப்படும்.

4. கூடுதல் நேரத்திற்கான கட்டணம் (Extra Hours)

• ஒப்புக் கொள்ளப்பட்ட கால அளவை மீறி வழங்கப்படும் எந்தவொரு சேவைக்கும் கூடுதல் மணிநேரக் கட்டணம் வசூலிக்கப்படும்.

5. கட்டண மைல்கற்கள் (Payment Milestones)

• நிகழ்ச்சியின் முடிவில் குறைந்தது 80% கட்டணம் செலுத்தப்பட்டிருக்க வேண்டும்.

• ஆல்பம் அச்சுக்கு அனுப்பப்படுவதற்கு முன், மீதமுள்ள நிலுவைத் தொகை முழுமையாகச் செலுத்தப்பட்டிருக்க வேண்டும்.

6. ஆல்பம் செயல்முறை (Album Process)

6.1 ஆல்பம் முன்னோட்டங்கள் (Album Previews)

• இரண்டு முன்னோட்டங்கள் வழங்கப்படும்: 1) வாடிக்கையாளர் முன்னோட்டம் (Client Preview), 2) அச்சு முன்னோட்டம் (Print Preview).

• இந்த முன்னோட்டங்களில் தேவை இல்லாத அல்லது மீண்டும் மீண்டும் செய்யப்படும் திருத்தங்களுக்கு தனி வடிவமைப்பு கட்டணங்கள் வசூலிக்கப்படும்.

6.2 ஆல்பம் அச்சிடுதல் (Album Printing)

• இறுதி ஒப்புதல் கிடைத்த பிறகு அச்சிட குறைந்தபட்சம் 4 வேலை நாட்கள் ஆகும்.

• வாடிக்கையாளர் ஒப்புதல் அளிப்பதில் ஏற்படும் தாமதம், விநியோகத்தையும் தாமதப்படுத்தும்; இதற்கு ஸ்டுடியோ பொறுப்பேற்காது.

7. திட்டம் நிறைவு காலக்கெடு (Project Completion Timeline)

• முழு திட்டத்திற்கும் (எடிட்டிங் + வீடியோ + ஆல்பம் வடிவமைப்பு) 10 முதல் 24 வேலை நாட்கள் தேவைப்படும், இது பணிச்சுமை மற்றும் சிக்கலைப் பொறுத்தது.

8. தரவு சேமிப்பு மற்றும் காப்புப்பிரதி (Data Storage & Backup)

• அனைத்து RAW மற்றும் எடிட் செய்யப்பட்ட கோப்புகளும் நிகழ்வு தேதியிலிருந்து 90 நாட்களுக்கு மட்டுமே சேமிக்கப்படும்.

• 90 நாட்களுக்குப் பிறகு, கோப்புகள் நிரந்தரமாக நீக்கப்படலாம்.

• நீண்ட கால சேமிப்பிற்கு ஆண்டு சேமிப்பு கட்டணங்களுடன் வசதி உள்ளது.

9. சமூக ஊடகப் பயன்பாடு (Social Media Usage)

• நிகழ்ச்சிக்கு முன் வாடிக்கையாளர் எழுத்துப்பூர்வமாகக் கோரினால் தவிர, Padhumam Studio ஆனது விளம்பர நோக்கங்களுக்காகத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட படங்கள்/வீடியோக்களைப் பயன்படுத்தலாம்.

10. நிகழ்வு தாமதங்கள் மற்றும் காலக்கெடு மாற்றங்கள் (Event Delays & Timeline Changes)

• நிகழ்ச்சி தாமதமாவது படப்பிடிப்பு நேரத்தை நீட்டித்தால் கூடுதல் கட்டணங்கள் விதிக்கப்படும்.

• நிகழ்ச்சியின் ஓட்டம் பின்பற்றப்படாததால், முக்கியமான தருணங்கள் தவறவிட்டால், அதற்கு ஸ்டுடியோ பொறுப்பல்ல.

11. வெளிப்புறம் மற்றும் திருமணத்திற்கு முந்தைய படப்பிடிப்புகள் (Outdoor & Pre-wedding Shoots)

• வெளிப்புறப் படப்பிடிப்புகள் வானிலை நிலைமைகள் மற்றும் இடத்திற்கான அனுமதிகளைப் பொறுத்தது.

• பாதுகாப்பற்ற அல்லது பொருத்தமற்ற நிலைமைகள் தேவைப்பட்டால், தேதியை மாற்றியமைக்க நேரிடலாம்.

12. ட்ரோன் பயன்பாடு (Drone Usage)

• ட்ரோன் செயல்பாடுகள் வானிலை, இடத்தின் விதிகள், காவல்துறை கட்டுப்பாடுகள் மற்றும் விமானியின் பாதுகாப்பைப் பொறுத்தது.

• எந்தவொரு கட்டுப்பாடு காரணமாகவும் ட்ரோன் பறத்தல் ரத்து செய்யப்பட்டால், திரும்பப் பெறுதல் அல்லது தள்ளுபடி எதுவும் வழங்கப்படாது.

13. விருந்தினர் இடையூறு (Guest Interference)

• விருந்தினர் இடையூறு, கூட்டம் மறைத்தல் அல்லது படப்பிடிப்பின் தரத்தைப் பாதிக்கும் தொடர்ச்சியான தொந்தரவுகள் ஆகியவற்றிற்கு ஸ்டுடியோ பொறுப்பல்ல.

• பணியாளர்களுக்குப் போதுமான வேலை செய்யும் இடத்தை வாடிக்கையாளர் உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும்.

14. ஆக்கப்பூர்வமான பாணி மற்றும் எடிட்டிங் உரிமைகள் (Creative Style & Editing Rights)

• ஸ்டுடியோவின் ஆக்கப்பூர்வமான பாணி, வண்ண தரப்படுத்தல் (Color Grading) மற்றும் எடிட்டிங் தரநிலைகளே இறுதியானது.

• சிறப்பு வடிப்பான்கள் (filters), தீவிரமான வண்ண மாற்றங்கள் அல்லது மேம்பட்ட கையாளுதல் ஆகியவற்றுக்கான கோரிக்கைகளுக்கு கூடுதல் கட்டணம் வசூலிக்கப்படும்.

15. கூடுதல் சேவைகள் (Add-on Services)

• Instagram ரீல்கள், ஹைலைட்கள், அன்றைய தினமே எடிட் செய்தல் போன்ற கோரிக்கைகள் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டாலன்றி தொகுப்பில் சேர்க்கப்படாது, மேலும் இவை கூடுதல் கட்டணங்களை உள்ளடக்கும்.

16. ஆல்பம் பக்க வரம்பு (Album Page Limit)

• தொகுப்புகளில் நிலையான பக்கங்களின் எண்ணிக்கை அடங்கும்.

• கூடுதல் பக்கங்களுக்கு ஒரு பக்கத்திற்கான கட்டணத்தின் அடிப்படையில் வசூலிக்கப்படும்.

17. வழங்கப்பட்ட பொருட்களின் பாதுகாப்பு (Delivered Items Safety)

• ஆல்பங்கள்/பென் டிரைவ்கள் விநியோகிக்கப்பட்டவுடன், எந்தவொரு இழப்பு, சேதம் அல்லது தவறான கையாளுதலுக்கும் வாடிக்கையாளரே பொறுப்பாவார்.

• மறு அச்சிடலுக்கு புதிய கட்டணங்கள் தேவைப்படும்.

18. சிறப்புத் தேவைகள் (Special Requirements)

• வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் எந்தவொரு சிறப்புத் தருணங்கள், சடங்குகள் அல்லது கோரிக்கைகள் குறித்து முன்கூட்டியே ஸ்டுடியோவிற்குத் தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும்.

• ஒப்புக் கொள்ளப்பட்ட வரம்பிற்கு அப்பாற்பட்ட எந்தவொரு கூடுதல் கோரிக்கைகளுக்கும் கட்டணம் வசூலிக்கப்படும்.
